Part purpose:

Illuminates interior of fresh food and freezer sections

Part location in Refrigerator:

Refrigerator uses two of the W10515057CM LED modules. One is located in the mid section of the fresh food side behind the top drawer and the second one is located in the freezer side under the icemaker. A second LED module (WPW10515058) mounted in the top of the fresh food section. See part diagnosis below for more information about the WPW10515058CM LED module and light.

Part failure symptoms:

Light (LED module) fails to illuminate.

Part diagnosis:

LED light modules are interconnected.  The top light WPW10515058CM contains a control module for all three lights.  A bad lower light can cause failure of the top light.  If the top light is out in addition to either of the lower lights, then all three lights should be replaced. Call for discount when all three are purchased together.
