The associates were so helpful, friendly, understanding and nice. It was refreshing to get such great customer service and knowledgeable help! I went in to get a heating coil for my dryer that wouldn’t heat up anymore they let me know it could be that or the thermostat. I couldn’t unhook the wires at home so I brought the whole dryer 5 minutes before closing on a Friday. They tested the parts and let me know it was the thermostat which was cheaper than the heating coil. He even gave me tips on how to remove the part and it was so easy! To fix your dryer for less than $40 yourself makes you feel so good and powerful!!!! Thank you guys!
