Appliance Parts Warranty & Returns

LIMITED WARRANTY

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority, because of this U-FIX-IT offers you this limited warranty.  This limited warranty is issued to you, the original purchaser of the part, and is non-transferable.

Warranty Period

Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase.  Our parts have a one year replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on your receipt.

How to Return Parts

If you experience a defect during the specified warranty period, return the part along with the original sales receipt to any U-FIX-IT store and we will replace or repair the part.

Replacement Parts

If a part is replaced under warranty, we will warrant the replacement for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer except as follows. Replacement parts with electrical connections will be replaced one time during the warranty period. Warranty ends after the electrical part has been replaced one time.

Refunds

U-FIX-IT has the option to refund your money (using same method of tender as original purchase) instead of replacing or repairing the part.

Commercial Use

The warranty period for parts used or installed on appliances used as a part of a business or production process expires 30 days after the date of purchase regardless of what may be printed on your receipt.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover parts that fail from improper installation, another faulty part, abuse, or parts that are installed in “home made,” custom designed, or modified appliances. Belts, couplings, fuses, lamps, chemicals and oils do not have a warranty coverage.  Costs of shipping from customer location or shipping to customer location are not covered by this warranty and will not be reimbursed or paid by U-FIX-IT Appliance Parts.

RETURNS

No returns on special order items!

Regular stock items returned un-installed with original packaging in salable condition within 14 days of purchase with purchase invoice will be refunded in full.  No return after 14 days from invoice date.

Parts are considered installed and ineligible for return if they are mounted on an appliance and/or electrical connections are made regardless of starting the appliance or application of electrical power. Scuff marks from mounting screws, bolts, nuts, clips, mounting brackets, washers, belts, or electrical terminals will disqualify a part for return.
