The U-FIX-IT team has more than 100 years of combined experience in appliance parts. People who care about your appliance problem answer the phone when you call.

Our specialty is helping you diagnose the malfunction in your washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, furnace, or air conditioner.

Each U-FIX-IT store stocks the parts needed to repair the most common symptoms. The less common parts are available the next day; the rare parts take a little longer.

There are malfunctions that can be repaired without replacing parts, and we love to share those solutions with you when they happen. We give away what we know, and we go the extra mile to make certain the part you take home is the part you need.

Eric was born and raised in Dallas. Attended Dallas Carter High and graduated from the University of Houston in 1991. Eric, has been working at U-FIX-IT since 2002 and has been the store manager since April 2006. Eric enjoys working with people and helping to resolve problems. Eric enjoy sports and is a longtime fan of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Cowboys.
